When you use our URL scraping feature, we access publicly available content from the websites you provide. We do not store scraped content beyond what is needed to generate your brand kit. We do not scrape websites without your explicit instruction, and we do not use scraped content for any purpose other than generating your requested brand kit.

Images and brand kits generated by our AI are created based on your inputs and are stored in your account. We do not use your generated content to train our AI models without your explicit consent. Generated content is owned by you, subject to our Terms of Service. We retain a license to store and display your content within the app.
