If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the app. These terms apply to all users of the app, including free and paid subscribers. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time with notice to users.

qiwek Marketing is a mobile application that provides: • AI-powered brand kit generation from website URLs • Text-to-image generation using artificial intelligence • Product branding and visual creation tools • Brand kit management and organization • Social media sharing capabilities The service is provided "as is" and we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

You must create an account to use qiwek Marketing. You are responsible for: • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials • All activities that occur under your account • Providing accurate and complete registration information • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized account access You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. Accounts are for individual use only and may not be shared.

You agree to use qiwek Marketing only for lawful purposes. You must not: • Scrape websites without authorization or in violation of their terms of service • Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, or offensive • Infringe on intellectual property rights of others • Use the app to create misleading or deceptive content • Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the app • Use automated tools to access the service beyond normal use • Resell or redistribute the service without authorization • Generate content that violates any applicable laws or regulations

Your Content: You retain ownership of brand kits, images, and other content you create using qiwek Marketing. By using the app, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content to provide the service. Our Content: The qiwek Marketing app, its design, features, and underlying technology are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. AI-Generated Content: Images generated by our AI based on your prompts are owned by you, subject to these terms. You are responsible for ensuring generated content does not infringe third-party rights.

When using our URL scraping feature, you represent and warrant that: • You have the right to scrape the website you provide • You will not use scraped content in violation of the source website's terms of service • You will not scrape websites that prohibit scraping in their robots.txt or terms • You will not use scraped content for illegal purposes We are not responsible for the accuracy or legality of scraped content. You use this feature at your own risk.

Free Plan: Available at no cost with limited features as described on our pricing page. Paid Plans: Pro and Business plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated. Billing: Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You authorize us to charge your payment method on file. Refunds: We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on first-time paid plan purchases. Subsequent renewals are non-refundable except where required by law. Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.

When you connect social media accounts and use our sharing features: • You authorize us to post content on your behalf only when you explicitly initiate a share • You remain responsible for all content shared to your social media accounts • We are not responsible for social media platform policies or changes • You can revoke permissions at any time through app settings We do not access your social media accounts for any purpose other than posting content you explicitly select.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, qiwek Marketing and its team shall not be liable for: • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages • Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities • Damages resulting from unauthorized access to your account • Issues arising from third-party services or integrations • Accuracy of AI-generated content Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

qiwek Marketing is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that: • The service will be uninterrupted or error-free • AI-generated content will meet your specific requirements • Scraped content will be accurate or complete • The service will be available at all times We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at our discretion with reasonable notice. You may terminate your account at any time through the app settings. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends immediately and we will delete your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
